The Glow Up: Social Groups for Pre-Teen Girls
The Glow Up is a small-group program designed for pre-teen girls (approximately ages 9–12) who may benefit from extra support with social confidence, friendships, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Through engaging activities, guided discussions, role-playing, and collaborative experiences, participants build meaningful connections while learning practical social and emotional skills in a supportive environment.
This group provides a welcoming space where girls can explore who they are, develop confidence in social situations, and practice skills that can help them navigate friendships, communication challenges, peer pressure, and big emotions.
